DISPATCH OF ORDERS

All orders placed Monday – Friday before 14.00 Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST; UTC+10:00) ship within 24-48 hours. All orders placed after the cut- off time will ship the following business day. On occasions when there’s public holidays, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Goods will be delivered via courier. Deliveries to a metropolitan address are normally 2-5 days. Please allow up to a week for deliveries to regional areas. We will not take responsibility for orders requested to be left unattended.

INTERNATIONAL

Do we ship to your country? Most likely, yes! Zen Life Athletiq ships to most destinations around the world via Australia Post or Courier. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart and select ‘begin checkout’. Add your shipping address. If you can check out with your address, then we can deliver to you direct. If your address cannot be entered, please provide an alternate. Or we suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you. We advise all international customers check with their countries customs office with regards to importing costs that may be liable at your destination country. Our International shopping charges are transport costs only. Zen Life Athletiq does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

All postage is based on items up to 1KG (estimated 2 items). Anything over 1KG will incur further charges determined at checkout.
